Once you have all of the downloads for Atlas from here, you will need to have them on your new installation of Windows for use offline.
We recommend you to download the drivers for your network adapter ahead of time, and put them on your external drive.
This means that on some computers, you might not be able to connect to the internet after installing. Some network adapters do not have drivers that come with Windows.
